- Delivery Area
The online store www.witrazelampy.pl delivers within Poland and to selected international countries. Details regarding available delivery destinations can be checked during the checkout process. - Order Processing Time
The processing time depends on product availability and the selected payment method.
The expected waiting time for products may range from 2 to 4 business days, depending on the quantity of lamps ordered. - Delivery Costs
Delivery costs vary based on the chosen shipping method:
- Courier Delivery – the cost will be provided at checkout.
- Free Shipping – we offer free delivery for orders exceeding 3,000 PLN within Poland.
- Delivery Methods
- DPD Courier – standard delivery within 1-2 business days.
- Personal Pickup – available at our workshop without any additional charges.
- Shipment Tracking
After dispatch, the customer will receive a tracking number, enabling them to monitor the delivery status on the courier company’s website.
6.Delivery Delays
In case of delays caused by circumstances beyond the store’s control, such as logistical issues with the courier company, the customer will be promptly informed of the new delivery date.
7.Claims and Damaged Shipments
If damages are noticed upon receipt, please contact our Customer Service immediately and document the damage with the courier. Claims regarding transport damages will be handled in accordance with the courier company’s claims procedure.
8.Delivery Address
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. In case of incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel the order or require additional contact for confirmation.
9.Change of Delivery Address After Order Placement
Changes to the delivery address are only possible before the order has been dispatched for fulfillment. Please contact our Customer Service to request any modifications.
RETURNS:
Right to Return
- The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without providing a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.
- Return Procedure
To initiate a return, the customer should inform the store via email or phone. The item must be sent back in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
3. Return Costs
The customer bears the cost of returning the goods.
4. Refunds
The store will process the refund to the customer’s account within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
