Terms and Conditions of the Online Store witrazelampy.pl
1. General Provisions
1.1. The online store www.witrazelampy.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”) is operated by Pracownia Witraży ARTEX Franciszek Obuchowski, with its registered office at 82-500 Kwidzyn, Rzemieślnicza 8, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 5811155259, REGON: 170107499.
1.2. These Regulations specify the rules for using the Online Store, placing orders, payments, delivery, and handling complaints.

2. Definitions
2.1. Client – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality, making a purchase in the Store.
2.2. Goods – products available in the Store that can be purchased by the Client.
2.3. Sales Agreement – the agreement concluded between the Store and the Client, pertaining to the sale of Goods.
3. Order Placement Rules
3.1. Orders can be placed via the Store’s website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
3.2. To place an order, the Client must add the Goods to the cart, complete the order form, and select the payment and delivery methods.
3.3. After submitting the order, the Store will send an order confirmation to the email address provided by the Client.
4. Prices and Payments
4.1. All prices listed on the Store’s website are gross prices (including VAT) and do not include delivery costs.
4.2. Pracownia Witraży ARTEX Franciszek Obuchowski issues a receipt or VAT invoice for the purchased Goods. To receive a VAT invoice, the Client must correctly fill in company details along with the NIP (Tax Identification Number).
4.3. The Client can pay for the order using available payment methods such as bank transfer, cash on delivery, or electronic payments.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery costs depend on the chosen delivery method and address. The delivery cost will be displayed before finalizing the order.
5.2. The Store ships orders within Poland and the European Union (subject to prior agreement on shipping costs).
5.3. The order processing time ranges from 2 to 4 business days from the date of payment confirmation unless otherwise specified in the product description.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days of receiving the Goods, without providing a reason.
6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must inform the Store of their decision through a clear statement (e.g., by mail, fax, or electronic mail).
6.3. The return of Goods is at the Client’s expense, with care taken to avoid damage during transport.

7. Complaints
7.1. The Client has the right to submit complaints regarding defective Goods or other non-conformities with the contract.

7.3. The complaint should include the Client’s details, order number, and a detailed description of the defect or non-conformity.

9. Data Protection

10. Final Provisions
10.1. The Store reserves the right to amend these Regulations. Any changes will be published on the Store’s website, and Clients will be informed via email.
10.2. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the Civil Code and other applicable laws.
